If it isn't useful, we'll refund you

Linkiddo is a one-time $19 purchase. You build the card first and see exactly what you're getting before you pay, so there should be few surprises. But if there are:

Write to contact@linkiddo.com within 30 days of your purchase and GCD Deals Ltd will authorize a full refund. You don't have to explain why, and you keep the card you made — we're not going to take a document about your child away from you.

Refunds are processed by Paddle, who handle the payment on our behalf, and appear on your statement within five to ten business days depending on your bank.

If something isn't working — a file that won't open, a card that won't print — write to us before asking for a refund. Most of the time it's something we can fix in an hour, and we'd rather you had the card.

Our payment processor is Paddle.com Market Ltd, who act as the merchant of record for this purchase. Your receipt comes from them.
